PCL CONSTRUCTORS CANADA INC. (PCL), acting as Construction Manager for the Government Conference Centre Rehabilitation project, is initiating a process to prequalify proponents for the decorative wood panel work. This component of the overall rehabilitation project is estimated at over $1,500,000.
As part of this process, proponents will be required to prequalify to meet the specific requirements of this project. Only proponents considered by PCL to meet the prequalification requirements will be eligible to submit a bid for this project
