10647802 Canada Limited o/a Dexterra Integrated Facilities Management has been contracted by Defence Construction Canada (DCC) on behalf of The Department of National Defence (DND) Real Property Operations Detachment Borden (RP Ops Det Borden) and is responsible for the ongoing maintenance of its infrastructure. As such, the cooling tower at building O-166 has reached the end of its life cycle and requires replacement.
