Description:
The Selected Bidder shall be responsible for the supply, deliver, and installation of classroom portables for School of Continuing Studies program at the Keele Campus, 4700 Keele Street. Toronto. The detailed scope, specs, and drawings are provided along with the main Request for Tender document. ** This prefabricated portable classroom complex of 120 feet by 60 feet, including portable washrooms will be located on Keele Campus at the existing tennis courts, north of Ottawa Rd and or south of Ian McDonald Blvd, as indicated on Option 1, Site Plan - A1 & A2, with an alternate location north of Founders Residence, as indicated on Option 2.
Proposed Prefabricated Portable Classrooms
The assigned area is to be divided into the following:
• Six classrooms (810 sqft – 900 sqft each)
• One auditorium (1620 sqft)
• Washrooms (including accessible washrooms)
All rooms and washrooms are accessed from an interior minimum six foot wide corridor.
