Description:
SPaRC Microfabrication Laboratory and Mechanical Engineering Department are seeking one (1) qualified Proponent to supply, deliver and install a standalone Ebeam Evaporation System (“EBS”) and Sputter Deposition System (“SDS”) in one package. Each system using a different technology of Physical Vapor Deposition (“PVD”) is a complement to the other. Therefore, the package will provide a complete solution of thin (micron and sub-micron) film deposition, covering most commonly used pure metal, alloy and insulation materials.
York will only consider Proposal submissions received from Proponents who have registered with MERX (www.MERX.com) for this competitive bid. Proposal submissions from Proponents who have not registered and obtained this Bid Document directly from MERX will be disqualified.
