Description:
York is seeking one (1) qualified Proponent for the supply, delivery and installation of one (1) Bench top Fourier-Transform Infrared (“FTIR”) Spectrometer with scanning microscopy capabilities for geological samples consisting of FTIR microscope, Bench top FTIR, system software and computer and various optional items as outlined in this RFP for the Faculty of Science and Engineering, Department of Earth and Space Science and Engineering. Spectral range shall be 400 to 4000 cm^-1. The Proponent should be able to demonstrate in their Proposal submission functions that make the system efficient and effective as well as, but not limited to, the proposed system’s ease of use, low cost of ownership and upgradability, and the Proponent’s demonstrated ability to construct proposed system as further described in this RFP. This system will be become part of the Canadian Planetary Simulator Facility.
