Description:
York is seeking a qualified firm with proven enterprise to assess the current state of strategic enrolment management (SEM) practices at York and to work with York on the development of (a) a comprehensive institutional SEM plan and (b) an institutional SEM framework. The plan and framework will reflect the context of York’s history, strategic mandate, Faculty-organization, culture, and academic priorities while contextualizing it in new national and global higher education landscape. It will be attentive to the University Academic Plan, Strategic Mandate Agreements, foundational frameworks (i.e. Indigenous, Anti-Black Racism, EDI, etc.) and faculty based academic and strategic plans.

Delivery Date:
Service implemented by a tentative date of April 1, 2022.
Duration of Agreement:
The initial term of the Agreement shall be for five (5) months, with one (1) optional twelve (12) month extension; for a potential Term of seventeen (17) months.

York reserves the right in its sole discretion to negotiate modifications to any Proposal received without becoming obligated to offer to negotiate with any other Proponent(s).
