Description:
York is seeking a qualified Proponents to assist and offer services to Schulich School of Business (York University) in deploying in-country representatives in India for recruitment, admissions and marketing purposes. Within the scope of work and requirements outlined in this RFP, the Selected Proponent(s) shall deliver, but are not limited to, the following services:
- Selected Proponent will assume the current in-country representatives to who are currently performing services for Schulich School of Business. Selected Proponent will on a go forward basis assist in the management of the required staffing levels for the in-country representation scope of work for the term of the Agreement;
- Provide a physical workspace for representatives on an as needed basis in Hyderabad, Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Pune;
- Perform Payroll and benefits to representatives as employees of the Selected Proponent;
- Support the representatives with access to a travel desk and event venues;
- Provide the necessary IT and phone services including equipment, software and support;
- Provide expense management and processing for the representatives expense reimbursements;
- Provide standard health insurance policy and provident fund plans to Schulich representatives.
- Take necessary precautions to ensure confidentiality, trust and integrity are maintained throughout the stated services; and
- Ensure confidentiality and security of information/details throughout the mediation process consistent with the principles of relevant legislation (e.g., FIPPA

Duration of Agreement:
The initial term of the Agreement shall be for thirty-six (36) months, with two (2) optional twenty-four (24) month extensions; for a potential Term of eighty-four (84) months.

York reserves the right in its sole discretion to negotiate modifications to any Proposal received without becoming obligated to offer to negotiate with any other Proponent(s).
