Description:
York University is seeking proposals for a student advising referral solution that would enable student success. The institution’s specific priority (phase 1) is to enable advisors to manage, monitor and document interventions with students across advising and student service units. The proposed solution will allow an advisor to work more proactively in a coordinated fashion across the student population with comprehensive workflow and caseload management functionality.
An attractive requirement for York University is the ability for the proposed solution to reduce the burden advisors encounter when identifying which students they should support first during peak periods, given the institution’s size and volume.
Upon successful deployment of the proposed solution, York University’s future priorities (phase 2) would leverage any optional features available to enable student-level risk analytics/early alerts and advanced predictive analytic features to further support advisors’ workload management and positively affect student outcomes.
York will only consider Proposal submissions received from Proponents who have registered with MERX and have obtained the Bid Document directly from MERX (www.MERX.com) for this competitive bid. Proposal submissions from Proponents who have not registered and obtained this Bid Document directly from MERX will be disqualified.
