Description:
SPaRC Microfabrication Laboratory is seeking one (1) qualified Proponent to supply, deliver and install a dual system of Reactive Ion Etching (“RIE”) and Plasma Enhanced Chemical Vapor Deposition (“PECVD”) for microfabrication. To reach the optimal efficiency of the RIE function, Inductively Coupled Plasma (“ICP”) module is a required feature that should be integrated and supplied with the RIE module. Therefore, the supplier shall provide RIE-ICP and PECVD in one package as a complete solution. Desirable features of the equipment are specified in the specifications stated in the RFP document.
