Description:
York will only consider Tenders submissions received from Bidders who have registered with MERX (www.MERX.com) for this competitive bid. Tenders submissions from Bidders who have not registered and obtained this Bid Document directly from MERX will be disqualified.
Remove all known asbestos containing material (parging cement pipe insulation, containing chrysotile asbestos) and clean all surfaces contaminated with asbestos within the Wood Residence below grade tunnel and to remove asbestos containing parging cement pipe insulation from various mechanical valves and fittings in both Wood and Hilliard Residences.
