Description:
York requires a Proponent to provide PMQA/Assessment Advisory services for the planning and implementation of the SSRP. This initiative will take place concurrent with operational process improvement, organizational transformation, change management and technology transformation, and must be delivered on time, in scope and on budget.
The following are the expected deliverables for this engagement.
1. Quality Assurance Management SSRP PMQA/Assessment Engagement Project Plan
2. SSRP PMQA/Assessment Quarterly Reports
3. Final SSRP PMQA/Assessment Summary Report at the end of Program
4. Adhoc consulting at York’s discretion to address key recommendations

Delivery Date:
Service implemented by a tentative date of October 1, 2020.
Duration of Agreement:
The initial term of the Agreement shall be for sixty (60) months, with two (2) optional twelve (12) month extensions; for a potential Term of eighty-four (84) months.

Negotiation:
York reserves the right in its sole discretion to negotiate modifications to any Proposal received without becoming obligated to offer to negotiate with any other Proponent(s).
