Description:
Schulich Executive Education requires a consulting / solutions provider to perform iMIS customization, Salesforce and Wordpress related integration, development and maintenance. The consulting partner must be a current ASI Partner Program Certified ‘iMIS Consultant’ or ‘iMIS Solutions Provider’.
Schulich ExecEd has two (2) objectives:
Immediate Projects
The Work would include the following upcoming projects anticipated to be completed within the first year:
iMIS Upgrade to Cloud
The iMIS system has undergone many improvements since we upgraded years back. System modules are now more powerful and better integrated due to development on ASI’s part to better provide business solutions to other companies. Many of these benefits are also ones Schulich ExecEd is looking for. The Vendor will be conducting a fit/gap analysis, perform the upgrade and customizing the system to fit Schulich ExecEd’s needs
Web Development
Schulich ExecEd is developing an online learning guide that would be heavily reliant on client input into forms and logic surrounding the forms to output information. Vendor would be in charge of logic and the look/feel of the form so that is achieves its purpose.
System Integration / Salesforce
Support for the sales team to pull relevant iMIS information into the Salesforce Database to provide more in-depth customer profiling and sales targeting
‘As requested as needed’ Professional Services for the Term of the Agreement
The Selected Proponent will be required to maintain their good standing in the ASI Partner Program for the Term of the Agreement and will provide ‘as requested as needed’ professional services for:
On-going Maintenance
The Selected Proponent will be required to maintain their good standing in the ASI Partner Program and will for the Term of the Agreement provide ‘as requested as needed’ professional services for issues that arise from customizations and development work previously done; Schulich ExecEd requires the consulting partner to have the ability to support any development they have done for Schulich ExecEd including trouble shooting and fixing.
