Description:
York is looking to engage one (1) or more Proponents to provide the Covid 19 Testing Services as described in the Sections below. The selected Proponent(s) will provide full-service solution to administer the University’s COVID-19 testing program on an as-needed basis.
York will engage with the Selected Proponent(s) to determine the timing for the On-Campus Covid-19 Testing sites. Proponent(s) will be expected to administer up to a total of 194,000 tests over the Fall and Winter terms, as scheduled by York. Testing frequency is mentioned below. The Proponent will establish the booking system and work with York to set appointments for the participants.
York will only consider Proposal submissions received from Proponents who have registered with MERX (www.MERX.com) for this competitive bid. Proposal submissions from Proponents who have not registered and obtained this Bid Document directly from MERX will be disqualified.

Delivery Date:
Service implemented by a tentative date of August 1, 2021
Duration of Agreement:
The initial term of the Agreement shall be for twelve (12) months, with two (2) optional twelve (12) month extensions; for a potential Term of thirty-six (36) months.

Negotiation:
York reserves the right in its sole discretion to negotiate modifications to any Proposal received without becoming obligated to offer to negotiate with any other Proponent(s).
