Description:
As York University Telecommunications transitions away from the Ribbon CS2100 to the standalone Ribbon SIP Application Server York Telecommunications will require an application suite to replace its existing Automatic Call Distribution (ACD) system(s). York University currently handles the following transaction relationships inbound student requests to our Admissions, Registrar, Student Financial Services, Faculty Advising, and Parking Services. York University also utilizes outbound capabilities for University fundraising, student recruitment, and the Institute for Social Research who perform government surveys. York University requires qualified and experienced Proponents to supply, install and provide technical support for the proposed Omni Channel solution. Information regarding the existing system configuration can be found in the RFP document. York has no preference as to cloud or an on-premise solution, evaluation of proposals will be based on the parameters outlined in the RFP document.
York will only consider Proposal submissions received from Proponents who have registered with MERX and have obtained the Bid Document directly from MERX (www.MERX.com) for this competitive bid. Proposal submissions from Proponents who have not registered and obtained this Bid Document directly from MERX will be disqualified.
