Description:
York International and the Office of Student Counselling, Health and Well-being support all students in their wellness journey and facilitate those who wish to study or work abroad. In particular, during the pandemic, there is an additional need to provide mental health and wellness counselling services to students who reside out of province and out of country and after-hours services. York is seeking a qualified firm to provide these services to the students as defined below in the scope of work.

Duration of Agreement:
The initial term of the Agreement shall be for thirty-six (36) months, with two (2) optional twelve (12) month extensions; for a potential Term of sixty (60) months.

York reserves the right in its sole discretion to negotiate modifications to any Proposal received without becoming obligated to offer to negotiate with any other Proponent(s).
