Description:
York has identified the need to seek Proponent(s) that can provide the University with an informative, efficient, and responsive media monitoring and reporting service.
Including media monitoring and related services, reporting and social media monitoring and listening services.
Media monitoring includes comprehensive daily (Monday-Friday) clippings product delivered before 8:00 am, that respects copyright laws and captures as much of York news as possible in local, national and international outlets across the following channels (see below):
o Print, including magazines and trades
o Broadcast (television and radio)
o Internet
o Social media, including blogs
York will only consider Proposal submissions received from Proponents who have registered with MERX (www.MERX.com) for this competitive bid. Proposal submissions from Proponents who have not registered and obtained this Bid Document directly from MERX will be disqualified.

Delivery Date:
Service implemented by a tentative date of September 15, 2021
Duration of Agreement:
The initial term of the Agreement shall be for thirty-six (36) months, with two (2) optional twenty four (24) month extensions.

York reserves the right in its sole discretion to negotiate modifications to any Proposal received without becoming obligated to offer to negotiate with any other Proponent(s).
