Description:
The Department of Campus Service and Business Operations has several system modules operating under the overall IBM Maximo Suite.
To continue operating and maintaining the IBM Maximo system and keep up-to-date with software versions, standard support and maintenance is required. York is seeking one (1) qualified Proponent to provide all inclusive quote for the annual maintenance required.
The current annual technical support is set to expire on March 31, 2019. York is seeking one (1) qualified Proponent to provide a pass-through quote to IBM – Maximo Annual Maintenance for annual support maintenance.
The Selected Proponent shall be in good standing with IBM and be an authorized IBM business partner. York reserves the right to verify Bidder’s current partner status with IBM during the evaluation stage.
York will only consider Proposal submissions received from Proponents who have registered with MERX (www.MERX.com) for this competitive bid. Proposal submissions from Proponents who have not registered and obtained this Bid Document directly from MERX will be disqualified.

- Flexible Contract Type (FCT) Level 2 (L2) Support Partner with Support Certification.

Delivery Date:
Service support effective April 1, 2019.
Duration of Agreement:
The initial term of the Agreement shall begin from April 1, 2019 for twelve (12) months, with four (4) optional twelve (12) month extensions; for a potential Term of sixty (60) months.

Negotiation:
York reserves the right in its sole discretion to negotiate modifications to any Proposal received without becoming obligated to offer to negotiate with any other Proponent(s).
