Description:
York University (“York”) is soliciting qualified General Contractors for the
Classroom Renewal Program at both Keele and Glendon Campuses for three (3) Phases of work. This Bid Document provides detailed information for Proponents who have the necessary qualifications and experience. Please read the entire document carefully. For this project, York intends to pre-qualify up to six (6) Proponents, however York at its sole discretion may increase or decrease this number based on the number of qualified submissions.

Open tender whereby all interested Proponents may submit a Proposal.
