Description:
York invites Architects to submit Proposals for P20-171 Full and Comprehensive Architectural Services (commencing with Design Development) to renovate the current space for the Department of Political Science in the Ross building, 6th floor south. Political Science is a program within the Faculty of Liberal Arts and Professional Studies. This is a multi-phase project which is to be executed over the next 1 ½ - 2 years. The proponent is to focus on the first phase for the purpose of construction. Refer to the Indicative Design Layout for Phasing diagram illustrating areas of work at the respective building. This Bid Document provides detailed information for Proponents who have the necessary qualifications and experience. This Bid Document provides detailed information for Proponents to prepare their submissions.

York will only consider Proposal submissions received from Proponents who have registered with MERX (www.MERX.com) for this competitive bid.  Proposal submissions from Proponents who have not registered and obtained this Bid Document directly from MERX will be disqualified.
