Description:
York is inviting qualified Proponents to provide retrofit and alteration floor covering replacement services for, but not limited to, academic buildings, administrative buildings and auxiliary buildings, for the Keele Campus located at 4700 Keele Street, Toronto and the Glendon Campus at 2275 Bayview Avenue, Toronto.
Work to include removal of existing flooring material, disposal and patch and make good, supply and install new flooring. York reserves the right to ask the Selected Proponent(s) to provide similar Work on flooring not specified in this RFP.
York will only consider Proposal submissions received from Proponents who have registered with MERX (www.MERX.com) for this competitive bid. Proposal submissions from Proponents who have not registered and obtained this Bid Document directly from MERX will be disqualified.
