Description:
York is seeking a qualified firm to undertake a project to measure, analyze and report the economic and social impact (direct, indirect and inferred) derived locally, regionally, provincially and nationally from its various programs and activities, as further described in Section 6.3.
Proponents shall submit proposals for the provision of an economic and social impact study for York, including all four (4) Toronto campuses (Keele, Glendon, Miles Nadal and Osgoode Professional Development), as well as all Innovation York spaces in the Greater Toronto and Hamilton Area.
York will only consider Proposal submissions received from Proponents who have registered with MERX (www.MERX.com) for this competitive bid. Proposal submissions from Proponents who have not registered and obtained this Bid Document directly from MERX will be disqualified.

Delivery Date:
Service implemented by a tentative date of June 1, 2019.
Duration of Agreement:
It is anticipated that the completion of deliverables for the ESIR, its recommendations and presentations will last five (5) months from contract start date with the final report presentation and delivery required by October 7, 2019. York may, at their sole discretion, engage the Selected Proponent for a period not to exceed seven (7) months for the current scope or additional tasks related to this scope of work at the rates listed in the Pricing Schedule
