Description:
Background:
All alumni, parents and friends have access to the framing products all year round through the online store or the YorkU Bookstore and by contacting the incumbent vendor directly. However, considering that the primary goal of the program aside from being revenue generating is to engage students in the life of the University the real success of a framing program relies on increasing access to students and their parents at graduation time.
The Custom Framing Affinity Program includes an OAE driven marketing and promotion strategy directed at new grads, which involves: two (2) Convocation campaigns per year, year-round online frame store functionality as well as ongoing stewardship of campus partners.
Objectives:
The Selected Proponent is responsible for all other aspects of the program including provision of framing products, storage and order fulfillment. The objectives of this RFP are to engage a qualified custom framing company in a long-term relationship to:
1. To build on a successful Custom Framing Affinity Program to meet the custom framing needs of York alumni for years to come; and
2. To work with the Affinity Program Partner (“APP”) to achieve optimal program performance.
