Description:
The Selected Proponent will conduct a review of the current compensation structure, processes and practices for the CPM employee group. The Selected Proponent will assist York in developing and recommending a compensation framework that supports its compensation objectives and that best enables the achievement of York’s business objectives.
The Selected Proponent will work with the Office of the Assistant Vice President, Human Resources as well as members of the Selection Committee and/or a working group established by the Office of the Assistant Vice President, to determine needs and to develop a strategy and implementation plan.
York will only consider Proposal submissions received from Proponents who have registered with MERX and have obtained the Bid Document directly from MERX (www.MERX.com) for this competitive bid. Proposal submissions from Proponents who have not registered and obtained this Bid Document directly from MERX will be disqualified.
