York is looking for a qualified Proponent to provide the supply, delivery and installation of Bookstore Display Shelving System (also referred to as Bookstore Fixtures) for the York University Markham Campus (“YUMC”) located at 1 University Boulevard, Markham, ON, L3R 2E4, all as listed in detail in “Appendix A - Furniture Documents” and in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Request for Proposal (RFP).
York will only consider Proposal submissions received from Proponents who have registered with MERX (www.MERX.com) for this competitive bid. Proposal submissions from Proponents who have not registered and obtained this Bid Document directly from MERX will be disqualified.

Duration of Agreement:
This is a one-time purchase for this project only. The term shall begin from the date of award until project completion of the specific award. Anticipated completion date is June 15, 2024.
