Description:
York invites your team to submit Proposals for the Full Architectural Design Services for the Renovation of Faculty of Education Spaces at the Winters and Mclaughlin College Buildings.
This is a renovation project involving 1,240 square meters of selected rooms within the 3 floors of the Winters College and Mclaughlin College. Refer to floor plans in Appendix D showing the extent of the renovation.
This Bid Document provides detailed information for Proponents to prepare their submissions.
York will only consider Proposal submissions received from Proponents who have registered with MERX (www.MERX.com) for this competitive bid. Proposal submissions from Proponents who have not registered and obtained this Bid Document directly from MERX will be disqualified.
