Purpose of this Advance Procurement Notice:
This is not a bid solicitation. This is an advance notice of a procurement for the University of Windsor’s Request for Pre-Qualifications for a General Contractor for the Lancer Sport and Recreation Centre. Note that there is no guarantee that this project will proceed.

Description of the Project:
This RFPQ will be an invitation by the University to prospective Proponents to qualify for the opportunity to participate in a subsequent procurement process to be issued for the Project (the “Project RFP”). Only Proponents prequalified through this RFPQ process will be invited to participate in the Project RFP. It is anticipated that the RFPQ will be initiated in January of 2019.
