The University of Windsor (the University) is inviting proposals from qualified Proponents to provide a comprehensive Reception Management System for the Registrar's Office, Student Accounts/Cashier's Office and the Student Awards and Financial Aid Office. These areas require a
queueing/reception management system that controls queues from various access points and multiple locations. It allows students to register for appointments, be served by staff and provides statistical reports for managerial analysis.
