LETTER OF INTEREST
LOI #2018-05-23 Nanoimprint Lithography System
The University is interested in purchasing a Nanoimprint Lithography system with the following general capabilities (see attachment for more details including imprinting capability, imprint technology, stamp, substrate and imprint material, flexible stamping capability, system footprint, etc.)
- must be able to conduct full area nanoimprint lithography with uniform pressure on a wide range of substrates and in various resist materials
- must be able to run both thermal and UV-imprint processes in the same machine
- must offer possibilities for simultaneously applying both thermal and UV imprint processes, as well as options to do imprint with intermediate polymer stamps
- must have electrical certification as necessary in Ontario
Vendors interested in responding to a Request for Proposal or RFQ must email a Letter of Interest including Merx reference number, name of company, address, phone number, fax number, contact person and email address to Margaret Glos (email: mglos@uwindsor.ca). Vendors should include general literature and specifications of the equipment they sell which meets the above specifications. The Request for Proposal or RFQ will be issued to vendors who sell equipment meeting the above capabilities. The Request for Proposal or RFQ will not be issued to vendors until after the closing date of the Merx posting.
