RFP 2018-10-01 CONTRACT FOR THE SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF RETRACTABLE BLEACHERS FOR THE LSRC
The University of Windsor (the University) is inviting proposals from qualified suppliers for the supply and installation of Retractable Bleachers (Bleachers) for the new Lancer Sport and Recreation Centre (LSRC) Project (the LSRC Project). The Bleachers will form part of the new Triple Gymnasium and must provide a seating count for spectators that matches the drawings provided within this RFP.
The University will be acting as the Procurement Agent for this Project. The Successful Proponent will become a subcontractor to the General Contractor for this Project. The Supplier will enter into a contract with the Project General Contractor, at the price included in the RFP Appendix C - Pricing Template. The contract between the University and the Project General Contractor will carry the cost for the supply and installation of the Bleachers, in the form of a cash allowance. All work must meet substantial completion by August 2021.
