UNIVERSITY OF WINDSOR - RFP 2018-02-22 CONTRACT FOR DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION SERVICES ONTARIO UNIVERSITIES’ FAIR (OUF) BOOTH

The University of Windsor (UWindsor) is inviting proposals from qualified Proponents for the design and construction of a new UWindsor Exhibit Booth (Booth) to be used at the annual Ontario Universities’ Fair (OUF). The deliverables for this effort will include a plan for the design and creation of a new functional Booth that meets all UWindsor’s needs, offers an updated appearance, and enhances our presence at the OUF. The services to be provided by the Successful Proponent would also include the annual storage of the Booth, delivery of the Booth to the UWindsor designated location at the OUF, as well as installation and dismantling of the display. The Booth must be operational for the 2018 OUF.
