The University is issuing this Request for Proposal to identify and contract with a Property Management service provider that is clearly able to demonstrate, at a minimum:
•             Full range of technical and managerial skills required to provide a cost effective and efficient site management process, that meets or exceeds the University needs;
•             Exemplary track record of similar property management projects; and
•             Experienced and dedicated management personnel.
