The University is interested in purchasing a Stereo PIV System with the following specifications:
Stereo PIV System
-Nd: Yag piv laser with Dual cavities, 200 mJ /pulse at 15 Hz, 532 nm Wave length
--Low noise digital camera 8.5 frames/s 12 bit or 14 bit output with f/1.8 camera lens and 64 bit digital camera interface, 3320x2496 pixel resolution
-Volume and sheet illumination optics kit to include -100mm,-50mm,-25mm focal length cylindrical and rotation lens mount
-continuously adjustable collimator focal length lens from 300mm to 4000mm
-Stereo cameras with DPDS calibration target, mount,scheimpflug mounts and alignment kits
-All software and licenses for complete operation including pc with22” or greater monitor
-software must be compatible to communicate to existing TSI PIV planar system equipment
-Installation, setup and Training to be provided by qualified Technician
Vendors interested in responding to a Request for Proposal or RFQ must email a Letter of Interest including Merx reference number, name of company, address, phone number, fax number, contact person and email address to Margaret Glos (email: mglos@uwindsor.ca). Vendors should include general literature and specifications of the equipment they sell which meets the above specifications. The Request for Proposal or RFQ will be issued to vendors who sell equipment meeting the above capabilities. The Request for Proposal or RFQ will not be issued to vendors until after the closing date of the Merx posting.
