Description

University of Waterloo is looking to partner with one or more Successful Respondents with the capability to provide professional window cleaning services on an annual basis. Not all buildings are cleaned annually or at the same frequency. A schedule will be provided stating which buildings are to be cleaned in that year.
Window cleaning services will be required at the large UW campus in Waterloo and all satellite campuses in Kitchener, Stratford and Cambridge covering approximately 8 million square feet.
Window cleaning services shall be performed each summer between June 1 and August 31 and as further outlined within this RFP.
