RFP 22-062 - LG - WeChat Marketing Agency

The University of Waterloo invites qualified companies to submit Proposals for a WeChat Marketing Agency, in accordance with the terms of this Request for Proposal (RFP). The University of Waterloo intends to select one vendor that meets or exceeds the Requirements identified in this RFP. Since 2020, the University of Waterloo has actively engaged with Mandarin-speaking audiences on the social media platform WeChat. To further support these efforts, we are seeking an agency to provide marketing and communications expertise, including but not limited to assisting in the translation of articles for WeChat (from English to Mandarin, 4x/month), posting articles to the WeChat platform, actively monitoring the University of Waterloo’s WeChat account, evaluating its impact, providing thought leadership on how to expand our presence on WeChat (e.g. paid sponsorship opportunities, working with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and other services as required.
