Description

The Ultra High Vacuum (UHV) Pulsed Laser Deposition System, which is the subject of this RFP, is to be utilized as part of the nanofabrication toolset in the Quantum NanoFab facility located at the University of Waterloo. The Quantum NanoFab is one of the top research centres in Canada that enables scientists and engineers to pursue frontier research in materials science, nanotechnology, and quantum information processing.
The University of Waterloo invites qualified companies to submit Proposals for the supply and delivery of a UHV Pulsed Laser Deposition System, in accordance with the terms of this Request for Proposal (RFP). The University of Waterloo intends to select one Respondent that meets or exceeds the Requirements identified in this RFP.
