Systems for Research Corp/Service-Systems for Research Corp (owned by Systems for Research Corp.) is the only authorized sales distributor and service provider for Thermo Fisher Scientific/FEI Electron Microscopy and Surface Analysis Products in Canada. Axia ChemiSEM is one of the electron microscopy solutions from Thermo Fisher Scientific.
