This initiative supports those strategic objectives as well as the overarching Future Talent Framework.
The talent acquisition software renewal is a key initiative to develop the Future Talent Framework that promotes internal career progression and projection and the ability for the University to build a talent pipeline that aligns with the University’s strategic vision.
The format of the RFP is a negotiable process; this is not a Contract A/B solicitation. A shortlist will be created, and those Respondents will be invited to a presentation and demonstration to the RFP evaluation committee and stakeholders.
