Human Resources is seeking support, through an external consulting organization, to assist with the definition, creation and execution of a robust Talent and Performance Management Framework to drastically impact the employee experience, by providing the following:

Establishment of job families to provide clarity on roles and responsibilities through clear job profiles, with well-defined competencies and accountabilities
A performance management program with objective and consistent goal setting and achievement processes linked with strategic plans and business unit goals
Clear career progression pathways, through the creation of career ladders and associated learning and development plans
