RFP 19-122 - Security Devices and Components

The University of Waterloo invites qualified companies to submit proposals for the supply of Security Devices and Components, for use in campus projects by our IST department.
 
The University wishes to establish a one (1) year contract with one or more suppliers, commencing on  February 1, 2020, with options to extend for two (2) additional one (1) year terms, at UW’s sole discretion.
 
Please refer to ‘Appendix C – Bid Form’ for the complete listing of our Requirements.  Note that the quantities listed are ESTIMATES ONLY; annual expenditures for all Sections of the listed security components is estimated at approximately $50,000-$75,000 annually.   
NOTE - this is a Supply Only requirement; all installations will be done by University of Waterloo personnel.
