Description

The University of Waterloo invites qualified companies to submit Proposals for a Registration and Ecommerce System, in accordance with the terms of this Request for Proposal (RFP). The University of Waterloo intends to select one vendor that meets or exceeds the Requirements identified in this RFP. The University of Waterloo’s WatSPEED business unit requires a System to register new and existing students. Currently, WatSPEED uses a home-grown system developed for PD which is is not scalable and lacks a modern interface. WatSPEED would like to replace it with a modern Registration and Ecommerce System that meets its current and anticipated future requirements.

Your submission must be uploaded, submitted, and finalized prior to the Closing Time of Oct 11, 2022 2:30 PM EDT. We strongly recommend that you give yourself sufficient time and at least ONE (1) day before Closing Time to begin the uploading process and to finalize your submission. Bonfire will shut down at the Closing Time of 2:30 pm on the closing day even if you are midway through an upload. Do not leave your upload to the last day/minute. Do not submit your documents in Merx.
