Description

University of Waterloo, Food Services (UWFS) is undergoing a major renovation project in a central student space, in the Student Life Centre (“SLC” on the Campus Map: https://uwaterloo.ca/map/), which will provide our customers with refreshed multiple food concept/franchise locations. UWFS is interested in implementing a mobile pay solution (the “Mobile Pay Solution”) which will allow our customers to order food from multiple menus on their mobile device, pre-pay online and pick up their consolidated order (from one or more food concept/fanchise locations) at a time of their choosing at either a service pick up window (skip the line) or at the concept/franchise location depending on the time/busyness of the day.
A review of the planned layout will be provided in the Respondents Meeting on December 15, 2017 from 1:30-3:30 pm as per the details provided in Section 5 of this RFP. The Respondents Meeting is non-mandatory and will be for in person attendance only.
