RFP BACKGROUND
Co-operative education is synonymous with the University of Waterloo. It’s one of the innovations that the University was founded on nearly 60 years ago. Today, our incomparable co-operative education program is the reason 70% of incoming undergraduate students choose Waterloo:

In support of our goal of continuous improvement, uWaterloo Co-operative Education is seeking the services of a consultant to review and make recommendations for standardizing and advancing our business development skills and services using an innovative relationship building approach.
Please see the Requirements in Section 6.0 of this RFP document for complete details, including an overview of our co-op program, the current process of business development, and the envisioned future state of how our business developers will be supported.
The timeline for the work is from September, 2019, to June 30, 2020. The estimated budget for these services is $200,000 CAD, before HST.
