Description

The University of Waterloo invites qualified companies to submit proposals for Netapp support, including warranty, delivered by Netapp (the “Support Services”) in accordance with the terms of this Request for Proposal.

The Agreement start date for NetApp Maintenance and Support Services will be on May 1, 2019. The University of Waterloo is selecting one supplier to provide Support Services for a period of one (1) year from May 1, 2019 to April 30, 2020.
