The University of Waterloo invites qualified companies to submit Proposals for the Magento and Web Programming Services Roster, in accordance with the terms of this Request for Proposal (RFP). The University of Waterloo intends to select a number of Successful Respondents for its roster that meet or exceed the Requirements identified in this RFP. Successful Respondents to this RFP will enter into a three-year Roster Agreement with the University of Waterloo shall then be invited to respond to future Requests for Quotation (RFQs) to provide the Services for individual projects as needs arise over the Term of the Agreement. The Agreement Term is for an initial Term of three (3) years, beginning October 1, 2021 and terminating in September 2024, with an additional option to extend the Agreement for three (3) additional three (3) year Terms.

We strongly recommend that you give yourself sufficient time and at least ONE (1) day before Closing Time to begin the uploading process and to finalize your submission. Bonfire will shut down at the Closing Time of 2:30 pm on the closing day even if you are midway through an upload. Do not leave your upload to the last day/minute. Do not submit your documents in Merx.
