Description

Flight Simulator(s) must be delivered and installed by October 1st, 2023. The RFP document is posted free of charge on the Bonfire Portal: https://uwaterloo.bonfirehub.ca/opportunities/65403
The intent of this RFP is to award a minimum of one (1) flight simulator training device which will be a Boeing 737 or a comparable aircraft type (i.e. A320).
If budget permits (within the Budget Maximum) an optional additional one (1) flight simulator simulating a jet transition aircraft type, the Dash Q400 aircraft or comparable type, may be awarded. The minimum award to this RFP is one flight simulator (Boeing 737 or a comparable aircraft) and the maximum award of this RFP is two Flight Simulator(s) (one Boeing 737 or a comparable aircraft and one Dash Q400 aircraft or comparable). Respondents must provide a Proposal and pricing to the Boeing 737 portion of this RFP. Respondents may choose whether to provide a Proposal and pricing to the Dash Q400 aircraft or comparable type portion of this RFP. There will be a maximum of one (1) Successful Respondent to this RFP.
Budget Maximum
The Budget Maximum for this RFP is up to $1,450,500.00 CAD, delivered, installed complete with training for both Flight Simulator(s); HST is extra.
