Description

The University of Waterloo invites qualified companies to submit Proposals for Fire Extinguisher Inspection and Maintenance Services in accordance with the terms of this Request for Proposal (RFP). The University of Waterloo intends to select one or more vendor(s) that meet or exceed the Requirements identified in this RFP.

The successful Respondent (if any) would provide Fire Extinguisher inspections, certifications, along with maintenance as prescribed for the University’s Waterloo, Kitchener, Stratford, Aberfoyle and Cambridge Campus locations.

The term of this contract shall be for a period of a three (3) years with an option to renew for up to two (2) additional one year periods upon mutual agreement under the same terms and conditions.
