Background
The Pham Research Group is investigating the occurrence, fate, and treatment of per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) in water samples (e.g., surface water, groundwater, wastewater) and solid samples (e.g., soils and sediments, biosolids, adsorbents loaded with PFAS). As part of this investigation, the Combustion Ion Chromatograph (CIC) will be used to analyze total organic fluorine (TOF) in the samples mentioned above.
Delivery and installation of the equipment is expected by December 1, 2021.
The budget for the project is less than $155,000 CAD, not including HST.
