Description

The University of Waterloo invites qualified companies to submit proposals for Cisco SmartNet support, including warranty, delivered by Cisco (the “Support Services”) in accordance with the terms of this Request for Proposal.
The Agreement start date for Support Services will be on May 1, 2019. The University of Waterloo is selecting one supplier to provide Support Services for a period of one (1) year from May 1, 2020 to April 30, 2021.
