University of Waterloo, Waterloo Residences, is seeking a Certified Scrum trainer to facilitate a two-day, on-site, training workshop. Our objective is to create a common understanding or knowledge base of Scrum for up to 34 members of our team, including some campus partners. Representation of participants will have varied responsibilities spanning from various business units. We would like to change and improve the way teams work, by increasing productivity and value, and building agility into our organization. Our vision is to have a strong foundation of Scrum best practices, continue to grow our internal expertise and become a true agile organization.
