19-099 - LG - C4S Communications Framework

The University of Waterloo invites qualified companies to submit Proposals for a C4S Framework, in accordance with the terms of this Request for Proposal (RFP). The University of Waterloo intends to select one vendor that meets or exceeds the Requirements identified in this RFP. The University of Waterloo, through award of this RFP, will develop a cohesive framework and complementary tools to guide student communications across the University.
After the award of this RFP, our intent is that through the provision of tools, guidelines and training for communicators by the Successful Respondent, we will see a shift towards greater consistency and more impactful communications with students. Specifically, the C4S Communications Framework outcomes will:

• improve the current undergraduate and graduate student experience by creating consistency across university-wide, student-focussed communications;
• establish a more consistent user journey across the University of Waterloo’s prospective student, current student and alumni communications;
• build a sense of belonging and pride in order to improve student satisfaction and loyalty with the University of Waterloo; and,
• create and implement a consistent set of key performance indicators for student communication.
